This project recreates a KPI dashboard from a previous role using real operational data (fully obfuscated and used with permission).

The dashboard highlights monthly revenue, COGS, and gross profit trends, estimate-to-sale conversion rates, marketing funnel performance, material pricing behavior, and installation lead times.

It is built in R, using tidyverse, zoo, ggplot2, plotly, and formatted a Quarto dashboard.
